To make this even easier for you, we have easily accessible Pet Waste Stations located throughout the property so you can get the uninterrupted quality time you crave. Our location is also ideal for a walk to and around Craig Regional Park , which is less than a mile away. So whether you keep to the community or want to broaden your horizons, there’s plenty of space to keep your pet active and happy.

Pet Policy Reminders

We know how important it is to create fair, pet-friendly policies. They help keep our pets safe while ensuring our residents feel respected and looked after. To that end, we ask that all dogs be kept on a leash when entering or exiting your apartment, as well as in the courtyards, parking structure, and grounds.

Our Pet Waste Stations are located conveniently throughout the property, so we ask that you be considerate of your neighbors and always pick up after your pet. This will further ensure your own enjoyment as well! Lastly, we request that you make sure your pet is registered with the office so we can provide you with any further care.

Pets of All Shapes and Sizes

Uptown Fullerton has a maximum pet weight limit of 50 pounds. We also have breed restrictions due to size and behavior traits. We are pleased to say that cats are welcome. The same goes for hamsters, guinea pigs, reptiles, birds, and other small pets, as long as they are caged and kept in a sanitary condition.
